General Assembly, Conference & CEO Networking Dinner: the yearly networking event for BABM members
The Conference at the occasion of the yearly General Assembly gives personalities from outside the day-to-day business of our members the stage to present their view on a specific subject or evolution in the political, economical or societal playing field.
The Conference is followed by a CEO Networking Dinner, open to all our active members and their CEOs (if not the same person), and offering them informal interaction and networking with their colleagues in an exceptional location and relaxed atmosphere.
Knowledge building through Marketing Seminars and Info-Sessions
Both the Marketing Seminars, developed by a special working group, and the Info-Sessions on specific FMCG business aspects, offer qualitative information and inspiring views brought by national and international speakers, experts in their field of competence.
Strategic info and high-level contacts at Retail Tribunes
At these ‘for members only’ conferences, senior managers of Belgian retailers give an insight in their vision and strategy and allow our members immediate and high-level interaction with their main clients.
Working groups as centres of expertise
Within the different working groups in the Marketing, Logistic and Commercial Bureau, specialists in their field of expertise gather to discuss relevant market phenomena and evolutions and treat current topics.
The working group meetings are excellent opportunities for networking and information gathering. Experiences and best practices are exchanged with colleagues on specific issues.
Through their studies, the working groups inform and advise the Board and contribute to the association’s policy and positions. The results and achievements of the working groups are gathered and passed on within the association.
Ad hoc user groups for specific cases
If a number of members have a common need for information and/or solutions on a certain issue, specific users groups are convened to treat these topics.
