Management Board BABM is led by a Board composed of representatives of its member-companies. The Board establishes the policy of BABM and drives its implementation.
Direction Committee The Direction Committee’s role is to assist and advise the Board on its strategic objectives. The Direction Committee prepares the Board meetings and ensures execution of decisions taken by the Board. Members list Direction Committee
General Assembly The General Assembly is formed by the entirety of BABM members and meets every first quarter of the working year. The General Assembly nominates the Board members and approves the association’s budget. |
